- Each class lasts 55 mins
- For new starters you'll need to complete a health screening form before hand so please arrive 15 minutes early
- For online classes, recordings are available for 7 days after
- Your first class is a taster and then you choose from a variety of packages for flexibility

- £8 taster then £9 single, £35 pack of 5 (5 week term) or pay what you can
- Single class £10 (to be used on the day)
- First class/taster £8.50
- 5 week class pack - £45 (expires 5 weeks from date of purchase)
- 5 week class pack £50 (expires 6 weeks from date of purchase)
- 10 week class pack with 12 week expiry - £100
- 10 week class pack - £80 (expires 10 weeks after purchase date)

- STEP 1: To secure a space click BOOK NOW and send a request including date and time of class and with any important information regarding injuries and pilates experience
- STEP 2: Upon confirmation of a space, pre payment is preferred by BACS transfer (bank details will be provided). For last minute bookings ie. on the day, as long as there's space, card payments can be taken or cash.
- For single class bookings or for taster sessions 24 hours cancellation notice is required to receive a refund or to re-allocate to the following week. If you think you might not be able to make some of the sessions there are some flexible options available to you as detailed above
