I started doing Pilates on the advice of an osteopath following a slipped disc. At first I was doing it because I felt I had to, but now after a few months of Barefoot4life I'm definitely doing it because I want to. Carrie's a really good instructor, her classes are fun, varied and challenging, and I always feel better afterwards. I'd never done Pilates before, but I feel like it's something I'll always do now. It helps me feel stronger and more agile, and more attuned to my body." William Thomas.
