MIXED LEVEL - for new to confident movers, a class that caters for all levels.
We balance introducing the fundamentals of Pilates with providing movement that is safe and accessible, with the appropriate challenge for all. Props included.
When:
PILATES FUNDAMENTALS - for those that want to improve their movement confidence.
Ideal for those that are new to Pilates, are recovering from injury, pre or post natal, returning to movement after a break or just simply want to ground themselves in the fundamentals. We mobilise, strengthen, rebalance the body safely & effectively.
When:
MIXED LEVEL - for new to confident movers, a class that caters for all levels.

Group class costs
SINGLE - 1 class pass valid from your chosen booking-in date. 24 hours notice required to move to a different day
FLEXI - You think you might miss a class and want to ensure you get your movement fix. 6 classes with a 7 week expiry. You can also choose to make up your missed class on a Tuesday morning, or live & online on Weds 7pm or choose to receive an online recording which you can do within the month.
CLASSIC, FLEXI 6 &10 packs - Your space is assured for the booking period. Note. once this class pack has started from your first class, it is non refundable.
